Typing Chinese on Omarchy 4 with fcitx5
Omarchy 4 already runs fcitx5 as a service. Add fcitx5-chinese-addons or Rime, pick a toggle key that is not Shift or Ctrl+Space, and verify it works.

Typing Korean on Omarchy 4 with fcitx5-hangul
Omarchy 4 ships fcitx5 but no Korean engine and no Korean keyboard choice at install. Add fcitx5-hangul, register it, and type Hangul.
