Omarchy closes issues fast (median 395 hours to close across the last 300 closed issues). Some keep collecting "still happens on 4.0.x" comments after the close. This list is generated from those comments so you can find the thread that matches your symptom. It does not mean the maintainers are wrong; it means the report is worth reading before you file a duplicate.

| #2548 Walker and Elephant missing after upgrade. Not open and show error. press win+space or win+alt+space cvuorinen (2025-10-22): I had this same issues. I had added some wallpapers to the theme background folder as symlinks, and that caused omarchy update to fail. After removing the symlinks the update went through ok.
